Scrubing / Exfoliation (DIY Remedies easy and effective)

                                  Why Scrubing is Important....??

Exfoliation removes the barriers of dead skin cells clogging the skin and uncover new cells below.This open the ways for moisturizing product to penetrate more deeply,into the skin which make them more effective. In short regular exfoliation routine will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy. 

Here we prepare home made scrub.Instead of spending money on an expensive scrub from the store, you can make your own facial scrub right at home!

Method one

You Need :-

• 2 table spoon brown sugar
• 1 tea spoon coconut / olive oil ( whichever you have)
• A bowl

Step 1 :-

Wash your face thoroughly with tap water. 

Step 2 :-

Add ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a gritty paste.

How to apply :-

• Apply the mixture to your face in a circular motion. pay close attention to the side of the nose and any little lines or dry spots. Be careful around the eyes.
• Rinse off with lukewarm water.
• Finish by splashing your face with cold water.
• Pat dry the face.

Method two 

You Need :-

• 2 table spoon Semolina 

• 1 tea spoon milk

• A bowl

Steps :- Do as above

Method three 

You Need :- 

• Yogurt

Step 1 :-

 Wash your face with a soap bar or cleanser. Pat dry with a towel.

Step 2 :-

Place ordinary yogurt in a bowl.

Step 3 :-

Apply it on your skin. Leave it for 15 minutes or more.

Step 4 :-

Wash your face with cold water and pat dry with towel. 

Scrubing your face once a week.
